Arc Elite is committed to offering you high quality products in perfect condition. If the product appears damaged to you upon receipt of your package, please notify us immediately by e-mail or telephone during our hours of operation.
Can I return a defective item?
We invite you to check the product (s) received upon receipt. If you notice a breakage or defect, we invite you to contact us. If equipment is broken and the product is still under warranty:
- You will be able to return it to us according to the terms and conditions that will be communicated to you and that at no cost to you if you made the purchase online.
- You can return it in person if you have made your purchase in-store, no charge
Can I return a non-defective item?
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase if it has not been used and is still in its original packaging. The return will be at your expense and you will receive a full refund.
Can I return a product purchased in store by mail?
The above conditions apply to both in-store purchases and online purchases. It is possible to make a return by mail of an item purchased in person at the store. The transport costs are then at your expense.
